The former Porto boss, who took over in 2017, will be in charge of the game against Manchester United at home on Sunday.
It is the first time in 14 months that Wolves fans will be present at Molineux Stadium and they will have the chance to say goodbye to the manager who brought them up from the Championship.
The Portuguese manager turned the club from second tier into a team competing regularly in the top half in the league and took them into the Europa League as well.
